Talk to Cardiologist on If Pain Occurs At A Particular Point Or In Whole Chest Along With Pain Extending To Left Arm But The BP Etc. Is Normal, What Should Be Done?

AssalaamuAlaikum. My mother would experience occasional chest pain, sometimes very severe, that extends to the left arm. It seems that sometimes it is confined to one particular point in the chest and sometimes extends overall. It can be very intense sometimes and at times the breathing is affected as well. What are some basic tests I should immediately get done to rule out any risks? Should I get a cardio profile tes done from IDC? These days I check BP etc. via Meri sehat app, 30 secs scan, and ALHAMDULILLAH, BP seems ok.
