Talk to Infectious Diseases on CKD-MCGN .. Lupus Nephritis

Salam.

Doctor is there any treatment for CKD (MCGN) patients? My creatinine is 2 at protein loss is traced.

I had been on cell cept and delta (along with methyl prednisolone) it worked for me and my creatinine came to 1.3. But then we have to stop the medicine as I caught CMV due to high disage, no care and also methyl prednisolone injection were given back to back without any multi vitamins only with saline water. This caused complications.

Now someone told me about you. I am having a hope of getting good doctor who do the treatment with patience.

I am not having any swelling. I am anaemic (HB 7) Weight 49 kg. My disease is pretty much controlled. But I qm afraid to start treatment again without proper protocol followed. Therefore required your expert advice. I am attaching reports.

Please guide. Should I visit you at infectious disease hospital?
