I have symptoms of pain and tingling in hips point from 3 months...have use different medicines and physiotherapy sessions but there is no recovery..in MRI report finding I have l4 l5 disc bulge and l5si.please suggest me ...is ozone therapy is effective for this matter.

There is some evidence to support effectiveness of ozone therapy in lumbar disc herniation. Still, it is only advised when other conventional methods don't work. Physiotherapy usually takes some time, especially in chronic & severe cases. However if it does not work even after following your physiotherapist, you can go for Ozone therapy.
Make sure to discuss it with your physiotherapist as they know your condition better.
