Don't know why but it is also not usual that i feel pain in my left arm sometimes in the shoulder side , sometimes in down the elbow and leads towards the ring finger. also i feel something like coldness when breathing, and difficulty in breathing. i also have anxiety issues specially eating time and when i heard about any kind of disease. i am scared to go to the doctor for this reason.

Assalam o Alaikum,
Aapke left arm mein pain, jo shoulder se ring finger tak hota hai, aur saath hi coldness aur breathing issues ka hona, do cheezon ki taraf ishara kar sakta hai:
1. Pinched Nerve: Yeh condition tab hoti hai jab spine ke nerves compress ho jate hain, jo arm, shoulder, aur fingers mein dard aur numbness ka sabab banta hai. Yeh dard shoulder se shuru ho kar arm ke neeche tak aa sakta hai.
2. Anxiety: Anxiety ke episodes mein breathing mein mushkil aur cold sensations aam hoti hain. Kabhi kabhi anxiety ka asar bhi dard ko barha sakta hai.
Meri salah yeh hai ke aap:
- Apne dard ko ignore na karen, especially agar aapko breathing mein mushkil ho rahi hai, kyun ke kabhi kabhi yeh heart-related issues ka bhi nishan ho sakti hai.
- Deep breathing exercises anxiety ke liye madadgar ho sakti hain.
- Agar dard barqarar rahe, toh zaroori hai ke aap ek doctor se mulakat karen. Aapka initial check-up aur x-ray/ MRI nerve ya joint-related issues ko rule out karne mein madad dega.
Agar kisi waqt chest pain, extreme difficulty in breathing, ya sudden worsening ho, toh emergency care lazmi hai.
