So, I have this pain in my right testicle when it's erect, If I touch or readjust my thing I have a sharp pain in my lower right part of the right testicle. If I touch it and finger the lower part, then I feel the same sharp pain. When it's not erect, there's no pain at all unless I touch it to find the spot where's the pain is originating from. What should I do?
