Talk to Gynecologist on SPOTTING OCCURS SOMETIME

Hello, hope you are doing well. I wanted to discuss Thai alhamdulllilah I am 7 weeks pregnant and this is my 1st pregnancy but I feel light Spotting whenever I go outside for 2 to 4 days , otherwise I am completely fine and I don't feel anything strange. Can you tell me what is the reason for that and how it can be cured?
