Talk to Dermatologist on Marks On Body And Weakness

For 2 years I have had an allergy in my whole body but after treatment Allergy ends but in feet allergy pimples are not gone. And marks are also not removed. please suggest medicines or cream for removal marks. And after 2 months my wedding held insha'Allah my weight is 35 and age 24 and internally too much weakness. please suggest medicines about this problem too.
