Talk to Gynecologist on Early Pregnancy And Antibiotics

I’m 5-6 weeks pregnant. My husband has been suffering from fever on and off and is on antibiotics. We had unprotected intercourse two days back. I’m now worried if his intake of antibiotics or the infection he’s facing may affect my pregnancy. Please guide.
