Asslam-u-alikum, I am 20 years old Law student "I'm experiencing extreme pain since 3 to 4 months; no constipation. I think I have piles or anal fissure. Passing stool is very painful, my rectum feels narrow, and there's bleeding. However, there are no pimples, but it feels like a cut. I'm experiencing pain both internally and externally. "I'm suffering from severe pain, which I suspect might be due to piles or anal fissure. I experience: - Extreme discomfort while passing stools - Narrow rectum sensation - Bleeding - Internal and external pain, similar to a cut - No visible pimples I dont want to go hospital suggest me any home remedy plz I am using hardensa tube but still it is so much painful
