Talk to Rheumatologist on Swelling In Hands And Legs

Aslam o alykum.my wife is having pain and swelling in hands and legs.1 day 1 hand 2nd day leg its rotating and continued.we met rheumatologist and made some test and he prescribe medicin for 3 months.she had medication already but once she finished. We did not visit doctor again.now again she is having same issue and severe then before.can any doctor recommend what we have to do.does she need to continue medicine or we need to change medicine or need to do test again after that medicine will b decided.
