this pain appeared a couple of days ago when i was driving quetta to khi, when i reached karachi bcz of too much driving my lower back is in severe pain since a week even i cant stand quickly, pain is in lower back but little on right hip side and when i touch this area i feel some 2 or 3 ball type substance there too... i dont know who to concern. help me plz
