I'm seeking for answers on oral lichen planus treatment I had scaling few days back as per my Dr said it will vanish after scaling but I can feel and see these lesions in buccal mucose pls have a look and suggest what exactly it is , and someone near DHA Karachi who knows to treat this condition

stop using any such stuff. if u feel burning while chewing food u can apply somogel before any food intake.
