Talk to Gynecologist on Missed Periods For Almost 3 Months
Asking for Self, Female, 23 years old, Larkana
I am 23 and last time I got my periods was on july 6. Just on 7/10/2024 I got my reports done. My testosterone came in 66.4ng/dl My prolactin came in 61.40 ng/ml My LH 81.90 My FsH 7.43 .
The endocrinologist I went to said, it's probably stress induced and that I should take tab Diane for 6 months- same my gynae doctor said.
But I naturally got my period this 20/10/24. All I did was, I focused on fixing my sleep schedule and introduced physical activity into my life. now I am confused should I be taking medicines? or should I focus on life style modification.

My usual diet is
2 boiled eggs for breakfast
Vegetable with one roti -lunch
Rice and something/vegetable/daal. /Biryani
I don't eat junk a lot. I hardly eat from outside, once a month. I don't have sweet tooth either so I avoid sugar a-lot even if I am drinking cold drink, I just take a sip or two.
I do drink cold coffee atleast once a day, but I have started using low fat milk and brown sugar.
