why my wbc always high sometime 11300 sometime 14000 and sometime 15.600 i take many courses of antibiotics but temporary they reduce again high what should i do ?? i take many courses of antibiotics

my symptoms are fatigue anal fissure with bleeding when pass stool and sometimes blood with spit shortness of breath sometimes i take 3 months before these symptoms i take firstly novidat for 7 days then cefspan for 10 days again ciprofloxacin and after it now i take 3 day iv antibiotic

hb is normal but mch 25.5 MCHC 31.5 lymphocytes 18 sometimes 20 others parameters in cbc report normal

i talk to you sir only elevated wbc sometimes 11300 sometimes 15.600 sometimes 14000 and slightly low mch like 25.5 and MCHC 30.1 lymphocytes are slightly low 18-20 hb is normal like 11.5 to 12.5 other parameters like platelets monocytes esnophils etc normal
