Finger Infection

Question

I m suffering from this finger infection from last one month+ .
3 fingers py ye infection hai. Is ki pain bht ziada  hai. kisi bhi cheez k sth finger touch ho jai to unbearable pain hoti hai.

ye 2 medi medicine b use ki hn. 2 3  dey k lie swelling & pain km hoti than again ye situation bn jati. 
please suggest  some medicine for proper relief
