Talk to General Physician on Eosinophilia

My mother had some unknown viral infection started on Saturday 19th October. On Sunday we took her in emergency and there without any tests they said she had chikungunya. On Monday we got her tested for chikungunya, dengue and cbc. Both tests came negative but platelets were low in cbc. Doctor suggested,she has dengue so started supportive treatment and asked to get dengue test and cbc done again. On Thursday we got both tests again and dengue negative, platelets little increased but wbc low. We kept her on juices ,rest and pain killers. Now on Monday after a week we got her cbc done. Please someone tell me has she recovered or is there some problem. Need some advice.
