Talk to Internal Medicine on Question Regarding Creatine Supplements

person-avatar

Asking for Self, Male, 16 years old, Lahore

Hello, I have started to take creatine supplements, I haven't gotten sick or felt pain (2 months). My parents are telling me to not take the supplements as they are harmful for you, but I read from many places that it is debunked and there isn't any issue, but it is not recommended for kidney patients. Now they are telling me to take a urine test or go to a doctor and get their confirmation that creatine is okay to take, I am 16 years old and go to the gym, to push my body to its limits without taking steroids i am using creatine (and to build muscle more easily). I am not a kidney patient, I have chronic hemorroids though, and I think I'm lactose intolerant. I am overweight.

curtain if taken in normal limits is safe but better is making things go natural make a good nutritional diet which can help fulfill your protein needs also do not perform heavy workout everyday go slowly make your endurance along with your power if you just make your power it might look good initially but later on it won't be as good as you feel sometimes it will cause injury so make sure to know when to increase repetition and when to increase weight, increase weight very very gradually.
