Hello drs. Hope you all are well. I am facing severe horrible mood swings, sometimes I don’t want to go on job, cry on a little things and loudly alone so that no one judges me. I sit hours and hours quiet and think about why I have become so bad. I have kindness love for others but since a long time I just want to fight, stay angry, family problems and shout so that no one talks to me. About relationship is that we both love each other but there is a communication gap and I cannot force him too this inturn in making me at worst condition day by day. My doctor has recommended my citanew I am scared so that I don’t get addicted. But I want therapy or counselling only by experienced and successful dr. only. Thank you for the help and guidance in advance.
