Talk to Gynecologist on PCOS And Kidney

Hi everyone ! My name is sidra. I am suffering irregular bleeding from almost 8 years, getting medicines from different doctors but the problem after some time stays same.. in 2018 I was visited a well-known doctors who said that I had DUB. And they also said my right kidney is dead, they take my IVU tests and after some other tests it clears that I had a dead kidney with 0 functionality. But the irregular period problem is more important so I take medicines for 6 months for only DUB. After that I again face the issue but leave the cure. In 2022 I again visited one other doctor and after complete checkup and test she finalize I had PCOS. And now I have PCOS + a dead kidney.. now I gain much of weight (80+kg) and the problem still same( irregular periods , pain in kidney , belly fat etc). So suggest me what should I do now? What problem should address first? Please guide me asap I want to be a healthy and safe life.
