Talk to Dermatologist on Nodules And Pimples

Exactly a nodule of the same shape has also appeared on my butt and there are also small pimples that have a lot of itching, but i cannot describe the pain of this nodule, unbearable pain similarly i feel pain my left thigh and got a small pimple (starting symptoms). Please tell me any treatment I would be very grateful However I can't show this part to the doctor, it's feel awkward and I'll try my best to treat it symptomatically. Any help from the respected doctors would be highly appreciated
