Asking for Self, Female, 27 years old, Karachi
Salam. 6 months sy conceive k lye try kr rahi hoon. Follicle size small tha to last month ovulation induction ki meds lin thin. Periods 26 27th day pr ajaty thy. Is br nahi aye toh Due date pr strip test kia to faint line thi. But 4 days bad periods hogaye. Bhcg kraya periods 2nd day pr to 12.50 aya. Kia pregnancy thi? Or next cycle my phr meds loon to koi problem to nahi hogi?

I had prolifen 50mg for 5 days. From 2nd day of my period. Along with glucophage 500mg twice and folic acid.
As I was diagnosed with minor pcos too.

Yes doctor thank you so much. But just a query, can fertility drugs like prolifen delay periods? As meri friend ny kaha k in sb meds sy periods delay hojaty hen 12.50 hcg was low. Pregnancy nahi thi. Ye srf is meds ki wjh sy raise hua hai. How much authentic is this statement?

she is right yh hormonal therapy bhcg ko raised ker sakte Hy u start thinking positive I recommend u start in ur next period tab clomid from 2nd day of pregnancy to 5 th day of pregnancy along with cap myfol n at 10 or 12 day go for follicular scan n send me report

Yes I will. But pregnancy thi ye confirm hai? As one of my friend who is mbbs doc said k pregnancy nahi thi bhcg was low. To islye I am not sure.

No. I was just diagnosed with minor pcos. Follicle size was 1.0 and 1.1 so I was prescribed prolifen 50mg.along with glucophage 500mg and folic acid.

delayed period occur dur to multiple reasons it vary with individual to individual
fertility drug can cause delayed periods but in your case it looks like delay was due to pregnancy
