Talk to General Physician on Random Pressure In The Head

I keep getting random pressure like feeling in the head. The place where it happens keeps changing (sometimes left side, sometimes right, sometimes on top of my head, sometimes behind the head) and it tends to come and go. I don’t have any other symptoms, but I did recover from a flu about 2 days ago, and this has been happening for 2-3 days now. Can you please tell me what this is. Thank you

Kindly take steam twice a day. If symptoms don't relieve in a couple of days then visit a nearby doctor in person
Well considering you had flu recently and a pressure feeling in the head that is shifting and changing, it can be that flu blocking your nasal and paranasal sinuses causing "sinusitis".
Can be a simple headache too.
Starting simple home remedies like steam, hot-bath and paracetamol 1g + Brufen 400mg twice a day would help relieving that.
