Assalam o alaikum meri beti aj 5 months ki hoi hai.. 39+ weeks mei hoi thi.. 2.9 kg birth weight tha.. height weight headcircum sb theek ja rha hai .. last month 5.2 kg weight tha..
Issue: wo sara din soti hai khd uthana prta hai feed k liye.. diapers change krti hu to thora sa active krti hu lekin 1,1.5 hrs mei rone lg jati hai or so jati hai.. raat ko b 4,5 hrs k liye jagti hai .. focus nae krti.. apni marzi ho ge to toys ko follow krly ge warna nae.. interaction bht zada krti hai eye contact krti hai hansti hai.. baki face uper nae krti thore seconds k liye neck uper krti hai phr chin ko neche krlti hai.. head lift up krti hai tummy time mei b head uper krlti hai.. toys nae pakarti na hands agey krti hai unko pakrne k liye.. koe intrest show nae krti play time mei..
Is it normal or not? Meri bari beti bohat hyper active thi is time mei.. islye mjhe zra tension ho rae hai.. kindly mjhe btae k kia krna chye mjhe..

Aap ki beti ka zyada sona aur kam activity dikhana thoda concerning ho sakta hai, khas tor par agar wo toys ko pakarnay mein interest nahi le rahi, focus nahi kar rahi, ya muscle control kam lag raha hai. 5 mahine ki umar mein bachay usually zyada active hotay hain, cheezen pakarnay ki koshish kartay hain, aur tummy time mein strong neck control develop kar letay hain.
Agar aap ko lag raha hai ke wo thakawat zyada mehsoos kar rahi hai, kamzor lag rahi hai, ya normal developmental milestones achieve nahi kar rahi, to behtar hoga ke aap ek pediatrician se check-up karwa lain. Yeh ensure karna zaroori hai ke koi muscle tone issue, neurological delay, ya koi doosri medical wajah na ho. Agr uska weight bhi theek se barh raha hai aur feeding achi hai to yeh bhi dekhna zaroori hai.
Bohat zyada tension na lain, magar jaldi ek doctor se mashwara zaroor karain taake koi developmental delay ho to uska early intervention possible ho.
