Talk to Urologist on Burning Urination & Ejaculation

Assalam-o-Alaikum! I am unmarried, no sexual relation & have no past kidney or urine disease history. But, now a days, I often feel burning sensations while peeing or at the time of ejaculation. Burning lasts for some minutes even after urination or ejaculation. Sometimes slight painful burning sensation. Rarely, all this happens along with light burning sensations while pooping in anus. Kindly comment on this and suggest any home remedy that will help me to get rid of painful urination and ejaculation. Thank you!
