Dear Drs. A patient Creatinine level 3.9 K= 3.9 Na= 136 Cl= 114 Ca 1.13 PH 7.4 earlier creatinine was 5.4 a month ago...According to the ultrasound report it says......Both kidneys are small in size echogenic in nature with loss of corticomedullary differntiation findings are out due to renal parenchymal disease....Just want to know can creatinine level can be drop or there is any chance of recovery or patient will go on dialysis and then transplant.Thanks

Looks like chronic renal failure creatinine less likely to b normal
