Assalamo Alaikum dear. Stones can occur at various sites , from kidney , to ureter, bladder and even can get impacted in urethra. I will strongly advise you to get a stone analysis done if you have history of forming and passing of stones.
For various stones, diet Modification are tweaked to increase or decrease urine ph and provide elements which are called stone inhibitors and stop foods that are stone promoters.
These diet changes depend on etiology and pathology behind stone formation. For a general rule , drinking water at regular intervals, avioding certain foods and exercise help in recurrence of stones.
For a complete discourse and better management have an online consultation with me via marham
