Talk to Urologist on Dribbling After Urination
Asking for Self, Male, 45 years old, KSA
since 3 years followed by multiple sugeries of my perianal fistual region, i got urine dribbling drops after i finish urine and get back especially when i sit.
My Blood sugar, PSA, Creatine and Urine report normal, even uroflowmetery normal. Please find below USG findings.
Both kidneys are normal in size, shape and position with normal corticomedullary differentiation. No stone, hydronephrosis or pyelonephritis. The urinary bladder appears normal. The prostate appears normal in size, shape and reflectivity with dense concretion and ? 4mm calcular shadow in its central zone. It measures 3.5 cm x 3.7 cm x 3.8 cm in size (volume = 24 ml (app). Full bladder volume at the time of examination= 210 ml (app). Post-void residue measures 11 ml (app).
Start cap maxflow 0.4mg bed time and tan novidat 500 mg 1+1 for 10 days

Dear Doctor,
Thanks for your reply. Do you any comment about the USG especially about 4mm CALCULAR shadow in Prostate.
My doctor here in saudi arabia is saying that no need to worry about 4mm calcuar shadow. he give me white powder sache to dissolve in water and asked me to drink more and more water it will go away.
