A.o.a dr i am suffering from many years . my urine flow is weak and painful . i have done many tests but found nothing accept hemoglobin and rbcs in urine dr. and i have also took many medicine as well as antibiotics . nothing worked . i have also done urethrogram which was fine . lately i have done ct kub and found something . reports are attached plz reply asap

Enlarged seminal vesicles are most likely not the cause of your problem. You need to be seen and examined to rule out chronic pelvic pain syndrome. You would also require a uroflowmetry. Please visit any good urologist for an opinion
