Talk to Urologist on Erectile Disfunction, UTI

I have been facing this erectile disfunction and UTI for about a year now, I have gone to a local hospital the doctor prescribed me Semax and Reline tablet. He was a government doctor he wasn't very looking interested to treat me, he said it has no cure but casually suggested me to take these tablets, guide me whether I should take this or not and i also was taking homeopathic drops for about a month but it didn't helped me at all. I think my major mistakes were: Excessive masturbation, weed smoking, naswaar and i was also alone and unemployed back then, I wasn't much active, stress.
