sir i did alot hand jobs in many ways and got muscle spasm in neck and spine also and i am not married ... when first time tried an intercouse with a prostitue there was only ten minutes and i cant got an erection then i did tried again but cant maintain an erection .. i am worried about if i got married what i do... just wants to know its a axiety or real ed ..

sir i never thought that i will be fail on this but it happened and i tried again two times more but i was not comfortable now i dont know should start treatment or i can do if failed again so it will be embaracement ... is that my nerves or nervous system?? can you help? i will be thank full
