Talk to Urologist on Erectile Dysfunction Caused By Depression

2. I have lost completely my sexual performance, desires and have arousals and wish to have copulation but there is no erection and hardness at all. I was advised by the attending physician to seek the opinion and consultation of a Urologist/Sexologist. Then one of the Urologist was consulted through MARHAM and got the appointment. The history of my illness was completely shared with him, he told me that these side effects are just because of the psychiatric and hypertensive pills which i have been taking for some years. The Urologist suggests me along with other regular medications take Cialis (Tadalafil).
3) Urologist and Sexologist: a) Cialis (Tadalafil) 20 mg as needed.
It is worth to mention here that before cialis i did not not use or take any kind of medicines etc for erection. Now I have started Cialis 20 mg as needed only two times(2 tabs only with different date) 2 to 3 hours before copulation, but the problem is still there. I did not get any erection and never felt any

Thank you very much indeed for your feedback.i have had used Flouxetine, Escitalopram, sertereline, venalfaxine, risperidone, ketotiapine, alprazolam, colonzepam, Ativan, Martazipine, Brintelex etc. Before i never used any pill or other herbal or Unani , homeopathic stuff.if i switch to other drug or can continue the Taladil 5 hours before copulation or even without any sexual activity for one week then take 30 minutes before the activity.Does it work because I have taken two pills 2 hours before couplation but no or even zero result.

tadalafil can give you best results when taken on empty stomach 2hrs after meal and 45min before the activity you have taken complex psychiatric stuff that's why it should be better to consult good psychiatrist for your mood drive
