Talk to Urologist on Frequent Urine Pass & Urethral Discomfort

Dear sir... I m suffering from a big problem that is; I m 24 year male my name is Shirsendu from odisha Mu problem- My lower side of penis canal Hurts me every time. I feel som urine is still left inside the Urethral canal so its soo irritating & uncomfortable to deal with this.But when I start for pee my urine lines are sometime dividing into 2 lines but don't feel any burning sensation every time when I pee! But At night I go to bathroom 10 times every time I feel to pee ! But my urine Color is clear and when I Ejaculate semen it was too painful every time . After ejaculation my urethral canal is burning ang hurting Sharpely Please tell me what is the real reasons behind it! Thank you.
