Talk to Urologist on Fungal Infection

"I have a fungal infection that is in the area between my fingers and also around my private parts, including my penis. Due to this infection, I have developed lumps that sometimes discharge pus and sometimes a watery substance. When this substance comes into contact with my clothes, they become slightly stiff. I also have small, hard lumps that are similar to boils but are slightly swollen. Additionally, my penis has a slight swelling. How can I treat this fungal infection or is that fungal infection or something else ?
