Talk to Urologist on Incontinence

Hey Im suffering this issue since 3 years now I feel to urinate every after 2 to 3 hours and I leak urine continuosly all the time during day/night.

I don't drink any drinks/tea or etc and I have been eating all types of medicines recommended by top urologists such as under: tolterodine nospa tab tab mirabet tab maxflow tab solifen tab tamsulosin

urine tests always go normal and no signs of any infections detected. nor prostate size is abnormal.

but still no improvements.

I am suffering this issue and not being able to marry either.

one thing need to mention here that i have a watery semen now due to masturbation since childhood if that really matters here?

What could be the issue that no Doctor can is being able to identify?
