Asking for Self, Male, 39 years old, Rawalpindi
I have had an inguinal hernia for 7 to 8 years. I also sometimes experience pain in both of my testicles, and the size of my testicles seems smaller than before. I’ve tried different medications to stop the pain, but they only work for a few hours, and I don’t want to take them for a long time. Someone suggested I undergo inguinal hernia surgery and have both of my testicles removed at the same time. Would this help prevent the hernia from reoccurring if I remove both testicles and repair the hernia at the same time? I also prefer a dissolvable mesh for the surgery. Thanks
