Hello, i am in desperate need of help. I developed an itch on my scrotum about an year ago. It’s been itching now and then. Upon looking with my phone camera i discovered these white patches. Can someone please explain what this is? I live in a warm climate country. I had had no sexual encounters so unlikely to be STD/STI. I am not sure who to book an appointment with? A dermatologist or urologist etc? Can someone please tell me what it is and if you can help me? Thank you
