yes hydronephrosis means smallest tubes in kidneys not filtering well. if left untreated they can damage kidneys more. and according to report stone is causing this blockage. that is why you need to see proper doctor. don't worry these days laser surgery can solve these minor stone issues. but please show a proper doctor.
