Hello, I’m facing a problem from a long time. Whenever I drive the car i get a strong erection and transparent liquid starts coming out from penis. It makes me uncomfortable because clothes get wet. And sometimes i feel tired after this liquid discharge. Kindly tell me the problem and solution. I’m single and i have masturbation habit from a long time although its less from sometime.
