I have kidney problem, kidneys and bladder are swollen, doctor says that urine comes from kidney to bladder and back to bladder. I drink a lot of water and urine also comes frequently. yes i have pain in sides and sometimes headache also i empty my bladder by nilton at the moment the medicine i use is munrin 0.1mg i have been taking this treatment for 8 years till now no It didn't matter plz guide me.

eat less salt in food...
no cold drinks or deep fry junk food etc.
take ispaghol 3 days a week.
drink 10 to 12 glass of water daily.
give heat to abdomen with hotpack for 10-15 minutes ( should be sweating) daily.
