A. O. A.. I think the process of nocturnal Ejaculation is bit strang with me because its happens to me 3 times in a week or some time 2 to 3 time in same night and then i feel pain in mya penis and feeling vertigoes.. Laziness. And im felling pain in my full body/ muscles... I'm getting weak day by day.. Can you plz tell me about this and suggest me a better way to handel it.
