Exercising since last 02 months
1. 20-30 mints Cardio 80% Max HR
2. 30-45 resistance training.
3. Avoiding deep fried food.
4. Trying to eat a protein rich diet.
5. Fruit Veggies intake is almost 0
but i never had any morning erection. But in cosius state erections are perfect.
Few months ago i read somewhere and searched on YouTube that morning wood is necessary for healthy male if it's not happening it's an issue can be early sign of ED so i started noticing in morning.
That made me worried that it can be a serious issue.

It can be a sign of erectile dysfunction but NOT always. If in consious state, erection is good then nothing to worry. Also eat fruits and vegetables. Eat khajoor and injeer 2 to 3 daily. If not daily then every 2nd day or 3rd day or as u r comfortable. Also have atleast 6 to 8 hours sleep. And avoid stress also.

There are 2 main types of erectile dysfunction. One is Psychogenic which is due to sedentary lifestyle, unhealthy food, stress, anxiety, mental disturbance etc. The other type is Organic in which there is underlying disease

But as u said that ur erections in consious state are perfect, therefore there is no need to worry. Just improve ur diet. Dont restrict yourself to protein diet only. Bcz high protein in diet may cause ED in some cases. Eat all healthy food all red green fruits and vegetables
