Talk to Urologist on Pain In Left Testicul

I had an infection which stared off as pain in burning while peeing small amounts frequently but no pus as I had came from uk on holiday I went to a doctor he gave me Marcobac 500mg 2 pills once and doxyxlilne for 7 days after that I was fine but after 3-4 days it came back I went to doctor he told me to repeat the course did it again this time it did not work he gave tab grat320mg once daily for 7 days I only took for 3 the. He change to rocophine ing trough IV 2g once and doxycline 1+1 with cespan once daily for 5 days pain in bladder done but still pain in one testical I asked to do test but he said infection is in uretra and testies won’t come in. Urien re or culture I also took cebac 2g 1+1 daily for 5 days now I he put me on hizone 2g iv once daily it’s my 3rd day no difference please help me I am literally going crazy
