Talk to Urologist on Penile Infection/Inflammation

I have been noticing for the last couple of weeks that the skin around the head of my penis is swelling from the right side which causes burning and itching and that whole area is reddish. Whenever I leave as it is for a couple of days, the swelling disappears but the area remains quite dry as compared to the left side skin. But As soon as it comes into contact with something that causes a rub or some force is applied to that area intentionally or unintentionally it will start to swell again and also I feel that every time it swells it is spreading. Kindly suggest some ointment / cream or any remedy to overcome this issue as it affects my daily routine as well. Thanks
