I have done some tests suggested by a doctor but that doctor doesn't reply me now.. is someone can take a look and let me know if reports are normal also suggest me do I need to get done semen analysis before marriage?

hormonal reports are normal.
No need for any test before marriage . Whatever is done already is still useless and wastage of resources
