Talk to Urologist on Premature Ejaculation Kills Me

Assalamualaikum I Am Facing Premature Ejaculation from last 5 years and had from starting I Started Masturbating at the Age of 11 years I used to masturbate As fast as possible so I cannot Get Caught after some years when I was about 15-16 I have a Experience with a women and then I knew that Timming Of a men Is the most important thing thing As I Got Discharged Early She had Fun of me Since then from last 5-6 years I have been Eating and doing Alot for this stupid Medical Condition now I am Feduped I feel like suciding I feel like killing me self I think there is no Cure for this ???? My friend told me that we have to eat SSRI AND virgra for the whole life no Permanent Treatment I feel like killing my self I joined gym because my friend suggested me that do Excersice and lose weight then u will treat this problem but I losed weight and came on healthy diet and exercise daily. but no improvement I have left sugar and high carbs from 1 year but now I have bowed my Self to this problem
