Talk to Urologist on Problem With Erection

A week ago i had sex with someone after that i felt that my penis isn't erecting so i tried to erect my penis with my hand and it erected now my penis erects but i have to touch it but if im in fell and my clothes touches my penis than also it starts to erect and the erection is also good like before but it doesn't erect by it self as it used to be before and i do have morning erection so please tell me is it normal or i have any problem?? Im 19 years old and I don't wanna go to any doctor right now thats why im posting this here so please help me im worried about this..
