suffering urine burning since 1.5 year on n off diagnosed with kidney stone , passed stone without any treatment afterwards I got infection.after taken 1month antibiotic urine reports are cleared , also used vaginal ointments due to discharge now issue has subside but burning sensation still there. kindly guide 1, is it worrying thing to have squamous cell or need any treatment. 2, due to this a patient get pigmentation around vaginal area? 3,I have taken falgyl for 1 week for bacillary background, noticed some changes in skin pigmentation. should it continue more?
