Talk to Urologist on Scrotum Rashes

Hi, a week ago I felt itching on my body, I thought that it is normal and I ignored, but later on itching get worse day by day, I consult many doctors, and I tried calamine lotion, scab free lotion, rigix tablets and many more but all in vain, in day time I feel very good no itching no rashes nothing else, but when I go to the bed at night my body get starts itching rashes. Plus I got pimples on my penis, this is the whole scenario of my lower body includes( penis, thighs, hip, scrotum and feet) Please help me out
