Semen analysis is done to look for these three parameters.
1. Total count - Ideally more than 40 million
With atleast 20 million per ml
2. Motility- Ideally greater than 50 percent motile with progressive motility
3. Morphology- Should be greater than 50 percent normal
All of your parameters are good but motility can be improved as well as count.
There are few things besides medicines that ylu can do.
1. Life style modification
2. Doet modification
3. Exercise
4. cessation of smoking if you are doing
