I have severe pain in left side near kidneys present and some pain in the back I had also ache in head with that so please give me some suggestion to help .

Most likely pain around kidney can be due to muscular spasm or kidney stones and headache can be due to multiple reasons (tension,dehydration etc etc)
So in my opinion visit any good medical specialist (physician)
